RutaFlow helps plan trips, estimate expenses and generate itinerary documents. Use available features lawfully and without compromising the security or availability of the service.

Informational nature

Routes, budgets, schedules, stops and checklists are planning aids. Verify opening hours, availability, prices, road conditions, weather and safety before travel. RutaFlow does not guarantee bookings or provide transportation or tourism services.

Accounts and content

If accounts are enabled, protect your credentials and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the text, images, links and other content you enter. Do not share unlawful content or third-party information without permission.

Sharing and privacy

By sharing a link, you allow its recipients to view information accessible through that link. Review the content before sharing.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve, be temporarily interrupted or change. We aim to communicate material changes. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Free access, ads and contributions

Current features are offered free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise. PayPal contributions are voluntary and processed by PayPal; they are not travel bookings or purchases. Any future paid plan must disclose its prices and terms before purchase.

Intellectual property

The RutaFlow name, design and code may be protected by applicable rights. No permission is granted to redistribute the software or use the brand in a misleading manner.
